Beaufort County School District is developing guiding principles for building new schools and improving existing facilities. These principles will help district leaders make consistent decisions about how learning spaces are designed, renovated, and maintained. The design principles will serve as the foundation for a future district-wide design standard ensuring all schools support safe, engaging, and effective learning environments.
