Consultation has concluded.

On March 11, 2021, the American Rescue Plans (ARP) Act was signed into law. The ARP Act requires all Local Education Agencies (LEAs) receiving ARP ESSER funds to create and post publicly on their website a Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services plan. LEAs are required to review and, as appropriate, revise their Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan at least every six months through September 30, 2023.

BCSD is solidifying the Return to School Plan for the 2022-2023 school year and, as per the above requirement, is seeking feedback from parents, teachers, students, and community members. The draft Return to School Plan for the 2022-23 school year can be found under the "Documents" tab on the right-hand side of this page. After reviewing the draft plan, please complete the survey to provide the district with your questions, comments, and/or concerns.
